Open a room. Every statement shows who signed it, and a public statements page lets anyone verify one.
The Lounge is a credentialed community. A member signs each statement with their DRM3 identity, so a claim in a room is attributable and permanent, and an endorsement names the endorser.
Public statements are readable without an account and each one verifies in the browser against the signer's key.
Rooms and groups are the unit; a reporter's verified key can file into the record from here.
