SignalForge
ParkedContent intelligence on the DRM3 data layer. The design: monitor your brand across the news scan and the open data signals, surface alpha intelligence from market and sentiment signals, and remix attested content into blogs, newsletters, and podcasts. It runs locally, your data stays with you, and every output carries the provenance of everything that went into it.

Wakes when the fact record's commercial data door has paying depth.
Synapse
ResearchThe signed data and agent mesh design. Data pipelines, AI agents, and services connect into one execution layer: 62 atomic processing bricks compose into directed acyclic graphs at runtime, agents and pipelines are peers that can invoke and delegate to each other, and every activity and every hand-off across the mesh is Ed25519 signed.
Wake condition
Wakes when the shipping products need one shared execution layer instead of one pipeline per app.

ResearchThe agent persona runtime design. Each agent carries its own Ed25519 signing identity, belief system, constraints, and delegation capabilities. Agents hand work to other agents over signed hand-offs, and every action carries an attestation linking the output to the agent, the pipeline that produced it, and the data that fed it.

Wakes when declared personas are ready to act outside the newsroom, on the same signed identity rails.
DRM3 Office
ParkedA fully autonomous organizational engine: AI agents run operations, communication, scheduling, and decisions, with a provenance receipt on every action. Early internal runs did the job, and then kept doing it: they produced work only a human can do faster than the humans could absorb it. The bottleneck was never compute. It was people. Office is parked on that bottleneck.

Wakes when the human-in-the-loop delegation rails exist.
Consumer Pass
PausedOn-chain access passes for DRM3 products: ERC-721 on Base mainnet, tiered from Free through Diamond, with the contract verifying the pass in your wallet instead of an API key. The contracts are deployed; the program is paused and passes are not claimable today.
Wake condition
Wakes when the protocol has enough participants to carry on-chain access.
