Launch Radar watches a subject's on-chain orbit on Base. The orbit is the set of wallets and contracts around a subject: the contracts it deploys, the addresses it transfers to, the tokens those addresses hold. When a new token contract appears in that orbit, the radar raises a launch signal and grades it before anyone stakes.
Every reading is signed and filed to the record, so a signal carries a receipt and the history of a subject is a chain, not a screenshot.
The radar informs; it never trades. A signal pages a person and the person decides.
