DRM3 Search reads the DRM3 Commons, the shared record every DRM3 app stands on, not the open web. The Commons holds the news scan (a catalog of 6,711 feeds spanning 54 languages, 4,154 publishers in the record), 24 open data sources, the telemetry scanners (DomainDrift on the internet's surface, MorScan and dTAOscan on the chains), DRM3 Research findings, and the attestations of credentialed experts and verified reporters. An answer is written from facts the record holds, each one traceable to a signed fetch, and the answer itself is signed so it can be checked later.
Signed in, the same box searches your own record beside the Commons: the papers you run on Newsroom Floor, the datasets you uploaded, your library, the research you commissioned, the articles you wrote. What is yours is weaved into the answer and stays private to you; it never joins the Commons.
What a query touches is bounded on purpose. The results and the fact lines beside the answer come from the last 90 days of the record; the written answer draws on the record up to a year back when the question asks for it. The record itself holds 1,136,939 articles and grows every hour, and no query scans all of it.
