How this list is kept

A repository joins this page when the public GitHub API returns it, a package when it is on npm. Licences are read from the repository or the package, never assumed. Counts that drift (stars, downloads) are not printed here; the host shows them live. The marks come from the DRM3 brand kit, which files every open repository under one open mark.
