DRM3 Enterprise
Intelligence from the records
you already hold.
What you get
A viewer shows rows. A solution finds the matter in them. Each record is read, scored and filed by subject. A search returns what you meant, not the words you typed. A watchlist says when something moved. Every signal stands on its source record, and a correction never overwrites the version before it. The identity, the security posture, the private data cell and the pinned inference are the rails every DRM3 product runs on. You bring the records and the people. We run everything under them.
Who runs one
The work is the same in every case: a body of records that moves, a question that has to be answered from it, and a decision that cannot wait for the press.
Government affairs and lobbying
A decision that touches a client, early enough to act on it. Read from the record, filed the day it moves, scored by how close it is. A watchlist per client, a brief on demand.
Construction and builders
A project, a funding or an approval that opens a bid, before it is common knowledge. The lead arrives while there is still time to win the work.
Technology companies
Buying signals and competitive moves out of the data your teams already touch: who is in market, what a rival shipped, which account is heating up, scored and routed to the desk.
Family offices and dealmakers
Deal flow and risk out of the sources a portfolio depends on: a move that changes a position, an opportunity before it is shopped, read from the primary record.
Finance and strategy
The record behind a position or a plan: what moved, when, and where it points. Delivered to a desk, an API or an agent, cited to its source.
Any team that holds data
If you hold it and need the edge out of it, a desk reads it, scores it, and files what to act on, on your own brand and address.
The three parts a quick build falls short on
A viewer over a dataset can be built in a week. Three parts cannot, and they are the parts a buyer pays for.
Search that returns what you meant
A keyword search finds the words typed. A record is indexed by meaning here, so a competitor's name surfaces the deal it is tied to, a budget surfaces the project it funds. A signal is scored 0 to 100 and given a stage, and a record that carries no matter is filed as nothing.
Identity and access that hold
One account across every DRM3 product. A seat on a desk is assigned by an admin, never self-served. An address with no seat meets a refusal at the first click. Admin seats can require a passkey or a code. A removed address is out on its next request.
A security posture a reviewer can sign off
A private data cell per customer. One key per desk, revocable. An audit row on every write. Export at any time. Delete and every door shuts. The AI runs on infrastructure named in the agreement and is not moved without your say.
How it differs from the apps
The apps on this site are for anyone with a DRM3 account. An enterprise solution is built for one organization, on its own records, under one agreement, with one person answering for it.
Your brand, your address
The product runs under your name: your mark, your colours, your domain. One quiet line at the foot says DRM3. Your buyers and your team come in through your door.
Access is assigned
Nobody signs up on their own. We seat your admins, and your admins seat your readers. An address that is removed meets the sign-in wall on its next request.
An agreement
One written agreement covers the solution, the data, the plans and the money. The terms are set once, before the first deal, and they do not move under you.
A named contact
One person at DRM3 answers for your solution, from the first call through every release. Your security team sends its questions to that person.
Onboarding with your engineer
We set the data feed up with your engineer, the way your data already moves. Their part is about a week. A desk is live in days.
A private data cell
Your data lives in a cell of its own. It is never mixed with another customer's data, never enters a shared search, and is read with a key that belongs to your desk alone.
AI on named infrastructure
The AI that reads and scores your records runs on infrastructure named in your agreement. It is not moved without your say.
Export at any time
Your data, and everything built on it, leave with you when you ask. Delete a dataset and every door to it shuts at once: the keys, the shares and the API.
What an engagement includes
- A finished product under your brand, on your own address
- Seats for your admins, your team and your readers, assigned by you
- A private data cell, and keys that belong to your desk alone
- The data feed set up with your engineer, in about a week
- Signals scored and staged, search by meaning, watchlists, a digest, an API and an agent door
- A named contact at DRM3, and support for your admins
- A monthly statement: one checkout for your buyers, one share written into the agreement
- Export of your data and everything built on it, at any time
The plan and its price are set at the deal desk, once, and written into the agreement.
The solutions
Each solution is a product on DRM3 Rails, run under your brand. One line each; the page behind it carries the whole story.

Say what records you hold or follow, who should read the signals, and what a signal has to tell them. A person reads every note and answers with what the desk would look like.
