Ask for help without leaving your paper
Support is a page inside Newsroom Floor: say what happened, attach the screenshot, and follow the thread there and in your DRM3 account.
Something goes wrong on your paper and you want a person. Newsroom Floor now has a Support page of its own. Open it from the account menu or the desk, say what happened in your own words, and send it. The app adds which paper you were on, its plan, and the page you came from, so you never have to.
A person reads every ticket. The reply lands in the same thread you see in the app, and you get an email.

Files on every message
A screenshot says more than a paragraph, so every message takes files: screenshots, screen recordings, PDFs, logs, exports. Up to five per message, 10 MB each. Images show as thumbnails in the thread. Only you and the support team can open them.
Attach on the first message or on any reply. If the picker is given a file that is too large, it says so before anything leaves your browser.

One thread, every app
The ticket belongs to you, not to the app. It appears in your DRM3 account on the Support tab, beside tickets from every other DRM3 app, with the same thread and the same files. Answer from either place. When the team replies or closes a ticket, the bell in your account lights up and the email carries a link straight to the thread.
The help desk answers first
Most questions are about where a setting lives. The help desk, under Help in the header, searches the product documentation as you type and answers a question in a sentence with a link to the page. When nothing there fits, one link opens a ticket with your question already filled in.
A missing page offers the same door. If you land on a page that is not on the floor, Report this page files a ticket with the address on it.
