GOVERNMENT · TRUSTED DATASET
Federal rulemaking, signed
US rules, proposed rules and agency notices from the Federal Register, each signed at contact.
WHAT IT IS
The Federal Register as a signed record: rules, proposed rules and agency notices, read daily and signed at the moment of contact. A receipt on every entry names the source and the day it was read, so a compliance agent can cite the rule and anyone can check the reading.

EVERY ROW CARRIES A RECEIPT
DRM3 reads the Federal Register and signs each row at the moment of contact, on its own key. The receipt names the source and the time and chains to the one before it. A signature proves who recorded the row and that it has not changed; it does not certify the figure is correct, so you get a source to check and a chain to follow.
