How the scan works
6,711 feeds in the catalog, 54 languages, 14,798 articles analyzed a day, live from the record. Six stages, and what each one keeps. The stages are public; the models, the weights and the thresholds inside them are ours.
- 01Catalogue
A curated list of the world's newsrooms and their feeds, in their own languages, each with a cadence. A feed is added by a person or by a paper's own request through the platform, never scraped in bulk.

- 02Fetch and sign
Each feed is read on its cadence. The fetch is signed with an Ed25519 key at the moment of contact, so what the publisher served, and when, is on the record before anything reads it.

- 03Extract
The article is separated from its page: headline, body, byline, time, the publisher's name kept as the publisher said it. Nothing is rewritten here.

- 04Analyze
Each article is read in its own language and distilled into structured facts: who, what, where, when, the figure and its unit. The analysis is signed like the fetch; the article it came from is one hop away.

- 05File on the record
The facts land on the versioned fact record. Append only: a fact is never edited or deleted, a correction is a new version that points at the old one.

- 06Cluster and count
Facts that say the same thing group into a claim. A claim is counted by DISTINCT publishers, never by how many feeds echoed one wire. Corroboration is measured, never assumed, and our own research is never counted as a witness.

What you can check yourself: every signature, at drm3.io/verify. A signature proves who read what and that it has not changed since; it never proves a claim is true. What we do not publish: which models read the articles, how a fact is scored, or where the floors sit.
The world, broken out
Every language with a feed that produced articles in the last day, with two or three of the publishers read in it, sampled from the live catalog on 2026-09-13. Each publisher is read in its own language on its own signed path; the record shows what a publisher said and never collapses them into one voice.
The two doors
Stages one to four: the catalog and the pipeline that fetches, extracts, analyzes and signs every article. A platform partner can bring its own feeds through it.
Stages five and six, as a product: the analyzed article record and its claims, behind a key from your account. This is what a partner licenses.
