Signal Desk is DRM3's data refinement product, for anyone who holds data. The holder's data is taken in, graded and scored, made searchable by meaning, and made buildable: signals, briefs, research and an API, on the holder's own brand and address. It serves buyers who subscribe, or the holder's own team.
The desk is a searchable record: search by meaning, narrow with filters, or read it through the API. Signals go out as alerts and as a daily or weekly email digest. Every signal has its own page that shows the source record it stands on, with a link into the exact place in that record. Each desk has a Data and provenance page that shows where each feed comes from: who supplies it, how it arrives, and its last delivery.
A holder's records are sensitive, so the protection is part of the product. Each desk reads its dataset with a key that is the desk's alone. No DRM3 master key touches a customer's data. A client's private records are walled, so they can never show on a public page. Deleting a dataset shuts every door to it at once.
Signal Desk runs on DRM3 Rails, the white-label pattern Newsroom Floor also uses. We set the data feed up with your engineer. The data can arrive by API push, a storage bucket, file drops, SFTP or an upload. Access is assigned: tell us what you hold through the contact form.
